What happens next

The team checks the source, assesses the impact and corrects the material when the problem is confirmed. Wording adjustments that do not change the meaning may go in as regular edits; material corrections must record the date and reason visibly.

Content that is expired, replaced or revoked no longer serves as a basis for guidance. When safety may be affected, the priority is to remove or flag the excerpt while the review takes place.
